Tournament Volunteer Information
Volunteer credits will be tracked using the “Dibs” system through SportsEngine and SignUp Genius. Through Dibs, items are listed, with number of credit earned, and can be claimed online at http://www.vailmountaineers.com/dib_sessions.
Tournament Volunteer Sign Ups are as follows:
DIBS: Score Keeping, Time Clock, Locker Room/Hospitality, Tournament Host, Referee Hospitality
SIGN-UP GENIUS: Food/beverage donations for the hospitality room (Sportsmanship Only)
Scoring Games Info
All games are scored through an app called GameSheet. They must be scored using an iPad. For all games hosted at EPIR and Dobson, we will provide the iPad.
Complete training videos can be found HERE- including:
- How to edit rosters
- How to change a jersey number and/or player position
- How to score the game (goals, penalties, etc.)
- How to end/upload the game
