VMHC GIRLS 15U & 19U REGISTRATION OPENS JULY 1!
Vail Mountaineer 15U & 19U Girls teams compete in the Colorado Girls Hockey League (CGHL) which consists of clubs throughout Colorado mountain communities & the front range.
USA HOCKEY REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT
- Prior to completing the VMHC registration, you must register your player with USA Hockey and obtain a new USAH # for the 2026-2027 season.

Girls 15U / Birth Years: 2011, 2012 & 2013
Registration: TBD
- Fees include approximately 50 total practice hours, Up to 3 tournaments (at least 12 games), approximately 16 league games, CGHL playoffs (4 games), potential additional friendly/non-league games
- Each player receives a practice jersey and game socks (to keep). Each player will purchase jerseys to own. With registration, there will be a link to purchase and pick a jersey number. Jersey number must be an odd/even number dependent on player's birth year. VMHC will be subsidizing the cost of this pilot program. The cost per player will be $75 which they will pay directly to PureHockey.
Girls 19U / Birth Years: 2007, 2008, 2009 & 2010

Season begins in August and runs until playoffs in February.
Where
Practices and home games are held at either Dobson Ice Arena in Vail or Eagle Pool and Ice Rink in Eagle.
Practices
When are practices and how often are they?
Example: Teams practice 2-3 times per week.

How many games will they play? What days of the week?
Example: Teams will play 20-30 games over the course of the season and will usually fall on the weekends.
Jerseys
Are jerseys provided or are they purchased separately?
Example: Club jerseys are required and may be purchased at TJ Sporting Goods.
