The Vail Mountaineer Hockey Club is thrilled to announce the 2026-2027 Vail Sportsmanship Tournament set in beautiful Vail Valley. The tournament will span 4 weekends this fall for 18U/Varsity & JV, 14U/Bantam, 12U/PeeWee, and 10U/Squirt divisions.
Exciting news! Dobson Ice Arena is reopening after it's $55 million renovation and will host games for the last three weekends of the tournament, alongside Eagle Pool & Ice Rink.
Please note that the last 3 weekends will have a Stay to Play requirement.
All of the tournament weekends have a 4 game guarantee. Tournaments are filled on a first come, first served basis. USA Hockey and CAHA sanctioned tournaments. Check out below for individual tournament details.
This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.
DIVISION DATES & INOFRMATION
16U & 18U (High School JV & Varsity):
Dates: Sept. 25 - 27, 2026
Location: Eagle Pool & Ice Rink
Fee: $500 deposit + $1600 due Sept. 4th = $2,100
4 GAME GUARANTEE
14U/Bantam B:
Dates: Oct. 30 - Nov. 1, 2026
Location: Eagle Pool & Ice Rink
Fee: $500 deposit + $1600 due Oct. 2nd = $2,100
4 Game Guarantee - NO Stay to Play Requirement
14U/Bantam A:
Dates: Nov. 6 - 8, 2026
Location: Dobson Ice Arena and Eagle Pool & Ice Rink
Fee: $500 deposit + $1600 due Oct. 2nd = $2,100
4 Game Guarantee - Stay to Play Requirement
12U/Pee Wee A & B:
Dates: Nov. 13 - 15, 2026
Location: Dobson Ice Arena and Eagle Pool & Ice Rink
Fee: $500 deposit + $1600 due Oct. 2nd = $2,100
4 Game Guarantee - Stay to Play Requirement
10U/Squirts A & B:
Dates: Nov. 20 - 22, 2026
Location: Dobson Ice Arena and Eagle Pool & Ice Rink
Fee: $500 deposit + $1500 due Oct. 2nd = $2,000
4 Game Guarantee - Stay to Play Requirement
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Pay in full at the time of registration via credit card or ACH transfer
Pay a $500 deposit at the time of registration via credit card or ACH transfer
The balance is due at least three weeks prior to start of each division
